1. Introduction
Welcome to TajEmo eHealth Solutions. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and services as healthcare practitioners and clinicians. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2. Services
TajEmo eHealth Solutions offers a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform providing various medical and healthcare solutions for practitioners and clinicians.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1.Clients’ must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3.2. Clients’ are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details.
3.3. Clients’ agree to use the services in compliance with all applicable healthcare laws and regulations in South Africa, including patient confidentiality and data protection laws.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. All content and materials on our platform are protected by intellectual property laws.
4.2. Clients’ may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
TajEmo eHealth Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services by practitioners and clinicians (clients’).
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at our discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including non-compliance with healthcare regulations in South Africa.
7. Quotations
7.1. Any quotations provided by TajEmo eHealth Solutions are valid for 14 [fourteen] days from the date of issuance.
7.2. Quoted prices are subject to change without notice if not accepted within the validity period.
7.3. All quotations are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Privacy & Data Compliance
1. Introduction
TajEmo eHealth Solutions is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal information, as well as the information of your patients, is collected and used properly, lawfully, and transparently.
2. Information We Collect
2.1. Personal Identification Information (e.g., name, email address, phone number).
2.2. Medical Information (e.g., medical history, treatment plans) pertaining to both practitioners and their patients.
3. How We Use Your Information
3.1. To provide and manage our services for practitioners and clinicians.
3.2. To communicate with practitioners and clinicians regarding our services.
3.3. For compliance with legal and regulatory healthcare requirements.
4. Data Security
4.1. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal and medical information against unauthorized access, loss, or theft.
4.2. Access to personal and medical data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
5. Data Retention
5.1. We will retain personal and medical information only for as long as the client maintains an account with TajEmo eHealth Solutions.
5.2. Upon account cancellation, a written request on company letterhead signed by an authorized signatory and super user is required for data deletion.
5.3. The written request will be reviewed within 7 to 10 working days.
5.4. Data retention after cancellation will include payment for sharing data to the authorized party, if requested, on a hard disk or device to be mailed by postal the cost of the former client.
6. Your Rights
6.1. Practitioners and clinicians (client’s) have the right to request access to their personal and professional information.
6.2. Practitioners and clinicians have the right to request the correction or deletion of their personal information.
6.3. Practitioners and clinicians have the right to object to the processing of their personal and professional information.
