TajEmo eHealth Solutions offers a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform providing various medical and healthcare solutions for practitioners and clinicians.

3. User Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details.
• Clients agree to use the services in compliance with all applicable healthcare laws and regulations in South Africa, including patient confidentiality and data protection laws.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content and materials on our platform are protected by intellectual property laws.
• Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

TajEmo eHealth Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services by practitioners and clinicians.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at our discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including non-compliance with healthcare regulations in South Africa.

7. Quotations

• Any quotations provided are valid for 14 (fourteen) days from the date of issuance.
• Quoted prices are subject to change without notice if not accepted within the validity period.
• All quotations are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
